As Founding GTM & Branding Operator, you will work at the intersection of Brand, Marketing, Product, and Growth to define how one of the fastest-growing AI companies communicates, looks, feels, and converts. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and help turn Lio into a category-defining company through exceptional storytelling, design, and execution.
This is a role for someone with exceptional taste, strong business intuition, and a desire to build. Someone who understands that the best brands aren’t created through marketing campaigns — they’re built through consistency, narrative, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Own and evolve Lio’s brand, positioning, and visual presence
Drive the development of our website as a key growth and conversion channel
Translate complex AI topics into compelling stories and visuals
Create presentations, landing pages, campaigns, event materials, and other brand assets
Build scalable templates, guidelines, and systems that enable teams across Lio
Work closely with founders, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Support product launches, GTM initiatives, recruiting, and company-building efforts
Your Profile
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, brands, and styles
Bring exceptional taste and attention to detail
Can execute and elevate existing visions, not just your own ideas
Understand storytelling, positioning, and conversion—not just design
Are highly proactive, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Are experienced with Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer
Admire brands like Stripe, Linear, OpenAI, Vercel, Ramp, or Clay
