Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a works supervisor for one of its clients to ensure the monitoring and coordination of various renovation and site development works. Main tasks:
Design and propose technical solutions in the fields of civil engineering and building (finishing works). Prepare financial estimates for the works. Write technical specifications, when necessary. Plan, initiate and monitor the works operations. Coordinate the various trades involved on the sites. Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures applicable on the sites. Daily control of the quality of services provided by the contracting companies. Verify the conformity of the works with technical specifications, contractual requirements and safety rules. Manage the budgetary follow-up of operations: analysis and validation of quotes, order tracking, measurement control and invoice validation.
Your profile:
5 years of experience in managing and monitoring works in civil engineering and finishing building works, notably in painting, plastering, wood and aluminium joinery, as well as minor masonry. Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of organisation and initiative. Aptitude to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Rigor, adaptability and responsiveness. Good knowledge of regulations and safety rules applicable on sites in France and/or Switzerland. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent office tools.
