From onboarding new team members to facilitating specialist learning for experienced nurses, your guidance will help shape confident, compassionate, and competent clinical professionals.In this role, you will design and deliver tailored educational programmes across oncology services. You’ll support nurses undertaking advanced practice and critical care qualifications, and champion clinical excellence through mentorship and skills development.
