To support our sales team, we are looking to fill a position as Inside Sales Executive.
- Your responsibilities
- Preparing and following up on quotes for customers and partners
- Order processing from receipt through to international delivery
- Maintaining and documenting sales activities in the CRM/ERP system
- Written and telephone communication with national and international customers
- Serving as the interface between Sales, Operations, and Logistics
- Setting up and maintaining customer master data as well as transaction data
- Supporting pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes
- Preparing sales metrics for Controlling
Your profile
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service
- Confident handling of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in quotation management, order processing, and customer communication
