As our IT Engineer, you will support a high-trust team in managing the infrastructure, security, and tooling that keeps our fast-growing satellite intelligence company operating smoothly. You will own problems end-to-end, working in a mixed-OS environment to ensure our team has everything they need to do their best work.
Activities
- Administer and maintain identity provider and mobile device management platforms, including user lifecycle and MFA enforcement
- Manage team collaboration tools, integrations, and IT asset management systems
- Support cloud infrastructure operations within AWS and troubleshoot network hardware across office and remote setups
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints
- Contribute to security hardening, patch management, and compliance work for SOC 2 and ISO 27001
Requirements
- EU citizenship
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or workplace IT
- Solid experience with cloud-based identity providers, MDM solutions, and productivity suites like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in managing macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
- Working knowledge of AWS and networking fundamentals (routers, switches, VPN)
- Practical understanding of IT security concepts and familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001
Team
You will join our Workplace IT team, a small, high-trust group responsible for the infrastructure and tooling that supports our employees. You will work closely with our Workplace IT Lead on diverse projects ranging from device management to security compliance.
