For a Live-Ops team where we are responsible for planning, creating, launching, and running events in the Store, to reach our monthly and quarterly sales goals we're on the hunt for someone to take over our publishers, games, and discounts as a new Live-Ops Specialist reporting directly to the Live Ops Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling sales events that deliver against our goals, by driving stakeholders in Publishing, Art, Bizdev, Comms, Product, and Marketing.
- Continually optimize internal processes, seeking innovative ways to make your efforts more efficient and bring bigger value to our users.
- Maintain connections with 1000+ publishers (frontline to everything connected with publishers), primarily via emails (with the occasional call).
- Hand-pick games for discounts, secure those deals and deliver them on the platform.
Job Requirements:
- Take ownership - no task is too small or too big for you.
- Drive the change - you shouldn't be only following the processes we have there, you should challenge and improve them.
- Handle dozens of emails per day.
- Great knowledge of the PC games industry and our catalog (you know what games we have).
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
