We're Concept Group — a Berlin-based operator running the full operations behind modern living, from commercial and serviced living to student housing and property management. As our Marketing & Leasing Manager (m/f/d), you own occupancy: you fill our units, build demand, and close tenants. This isn't support work — it's the engine of the company, and you'll sit close to every key decision in a young, fast-moving team.
Sales Manager
- You take full ownership of the leasing process for our portfolio, from initial marketing to the final contract, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- You create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for available apartments across all relevant online portals and channels.
- You guide prospective tenants through the entire journey – from the first inquiry and viewings to the contract signing – supported by modern, AI-assisted tools.
- You continuously monitor your leasing performance, analyze key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and optimize our conversion funnel.
- You work in close partnership with the founders to strategically refine and scale our leasing operations as the company grows.

What you bring
- You're highly motivated and driven by results — you like owning a number and hitting it
- Ideally some experience in marketing, sales, leasing, or customer-facing roles (real estate is a plus, not a must)
- You communicate clearly and confidently, in both English and German
- You're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling several deals at once
- You're hands-on and pragmatic — you'd rather solve things today than schedule them for next week
- You're comfortable with modern tools and open to using AI to work faster
