The Leader PMO and Training Quality (m/f/d) is a dual-function role designed to elevate the LIXIL International Quality organization through strategic workforce development and rigorous project governance.
This individual is responsible for ensuring the global quality team possesses the necessary technical and leadership skills while simultaneously driving the operational strategy, executive communication, and execution of key improvement projects for the Leader of Quality.
Your responsibilities
- Skill Management: Manage and continuously develop a comprehensive skill matrix to identify capability gaps and track proficiency levels across teams.
- Training Materials: Create, update, and maintain high-quality training materials that are specifically tailored to LIXIL processes and quality standards.
- Facilitation: Actively lead and moderate engaging training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core quality skills, methodologies, and tools.
- Strategic Organization: Support Quality Leadership with the high-level strategic organization of departmental tasks, objectives, and long-term roadmaps.
- Executive Communication: Draft high-impact presentations for upper management to effectively showcase team activities and the strategic vision of the department.
- Process Optimization: Develop operational department strategies and actively implement smooth, efficient processes.
- Project Leadership: Lead and meticulously manage multiple key projects to achieve the ambitious goals of the quality organization.
Your profil
- Education: Bachelor's degree (min. 8 semesters) in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable analytical field.
- Professional
Experience: At least 7 years of professional work experience in the field of Quality and Project Management or significant experience in training within a global manufacturing environment.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Pg MP (Program Management Professional), or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Manager.
- Technical
Proficiency: Confident handling of Project Management Software, Office and Google Applications, ERP Systems, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Familiarity with Stage-Gate-Processes.
- Working Style: High degree of independence and ability to act self-reliantly with minimal specifications, alongside strong cooperative and communication skills
- PMO Skills: Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and use project management software (e. g., MS Project, Excel, or Smartsheet).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create executive-ready presentations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to facilitate change management and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
