What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the voice of top global companies for your language market
- Provide exceptional support across phone, chat, and email
- Guide and influence sellers and clients toward success
- Drive engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- experience in customer service, telesales is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player, motivated, and ready to grow
