Overview
In this role you will lead energy safety on large-scale data centre projects in Sweden, acting as the single point of coordination for all energy-related activities in live environments. You will shape energisation plans, switching strategies and safety procedures, aligning with construction and commissioning teams. You will ensure proper authorisation, manage risk and permits, and drive regulatory compliance and incident investigations. This position offers international exposure and a focus on critical energy safety for high-stakes data centre work.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead energy safety across the project and coordinate energy-related activities in live environments
- Develop energisation plans, switching strategies and LOTO procedures, coordinating between construction, commissioning, and contractors
- Ensure isolations and energisation works are performed by authorised personnel (AP/SAP or ESA-qualified)
- Oversee RAMS reviews, permit-to-work systems, and toolbox talks related to energy hazards
- Monitor compliance with regulations and site procedures; lead investigations into energy-related incidents and near misses
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
- Strong knowledge of electrical energy control, LOTO, and phased energisation in live environments
- EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
