Overview
As a MEP BIM Coordinator, you will drive the on-site BIM coordination for our data centre projects in Dublin. You will lead multi-discipline BIM workflows, ensure clash-free models, and uphold governance across subcontractors. You’ll translate complex MEP data into construction-ready information to support accurate on-site delivery and minimise rework. You will engage with design teams, subcontractors and clients to provide data-driven insights and transparent progress. This role offers a chance to shape digital delivery in a leading data centre specialist with pan-European scope.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead MEP-focused BIM coordination to drive integration of detailed MEP models with clash-free outcomes.
- Manage BIM deliverables, governance, version control and quality checks across subcontractors.
- Run BIM and MEP coordination meetings with design teams, subcontractors and site delivery teams.
- Translate MEP model data into construction-ready information including 4D sequencing and federated views.
- Interface with client and project stakeholders, providing progress updates and data-driven insights.
