Overview
As Commercial Manager in Frankfurt, you will drive the commercial strategy for large-scale MEP projects and lead the project QS team to ensure profitability and contractual compliance. You will collaborate with PMs, QSs and clients from pre-construction through final account, shaping commercial outcomes across major builds. The role places you at the core of a growing European business serving data centres and high-tech sectors. You will influence profitability, risk management and delivery excellence in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- 8+ years' post-qualification experience on large MEP projects
- Strong commercial & contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication, organisation & leadership skills
- High IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
