Overview
In this role you will lead the CSA package for a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, coordinating civil, structural and architectural works from design through construction and handover. You will work with engineering, commercial, construction and commissioning teams, managing subcontractors and interfaces to deliver safely, on time and to the required quality. This is a high-impact, front-line position within a market-leading contractor delivering Europe’s largest, technically complex data centres. You will influence design coordination, risk management and handover readiness, shaping the project’s delivery and safety culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage the CSA package from design coordination through construction, testing and handover
- Coordinate civil, structural and architectural works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams
- Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-programme and quality delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, submissions and construction information
- Monitor progress against the project programme and identify risks and interface issues
- Lead package coordination and progress meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives
- Review method statements, risk assessments, ITPs and other technical documentation
- Ensure CSA works comply with drawings, specifications, standards and project requirements
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and construction interfaces to resolution
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring CSA documentation is completed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Previous experience as CSA Package Manager or similar in construction
- Strong experience managing civil, structural and architectural packages on large-scale projects
- Experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments desirable
- Strong understanding of civil/structural/architectural methodologies and interfaces
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of construction sequencing, quality requirements and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
