Value: Major Hyperscale Data Centre Development Our client is a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of hyperscale data centres and mission-critical infrastructure across Europe.
They are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join the project team delivering a major hyperscale data centre development in Frankfurt.
Working as part of a highly experienced project delivery team, you will take responsibility for managing the civil, structural and architectural package from design coordination through construction, testing and handover.
You will work closely with engineering, commercial, construction and commissioning teams, as well as CSA subcontractors, consultants and client representatives, ensuring the package is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project programme and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CSA package from design coordination through construction, testing and handover.
- Coordinate civil, structural and architectural works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams.
- Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions and construction information.
- Monitor package progress against the project programme and identify risks, delays and interface issues.
- Lead package coordination and progress meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, ITPs and other technical documentation.
- Ensure CSA works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards and project requirements.
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and construction interfaces through to resolution.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all CSA documentation is completed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CSA Package Manager, CSA Manager, Construction Manager or similar within the construction industry.
- Strong experience managing civil, structural and architectural packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience within hyperscale data centres or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methodologies and interfaces.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality requirements and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification is desirable.
