Overview
In this role you will lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) scope on a flagship data centre project in Frankfurt. You will work within a site leadership team to deliver safety, quality and schedule for a complex, technology-focused development. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, manage interfaces with MEP and commissioning, and report progress to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to shape the delivery of a major European data centre with a market-leading contractor.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Managing and supervising civil, structural, and architectural works on site
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors to deliver on programme and to specification
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Overseeing site logistics, resource allocation, and sequencing of works
- Reviewing drawings, technical docs and specifications to support construction
- Managing RFIs, site instructions, and design clarifications
- Coordinating with MEP, commissioning, and project teams to manage interfaces
- Reporting site progress, issues and risk management to senior project leadership
- Supporting inspections, testing, and handover activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer on large-scale projects
- Strong experience delivering CSA works in data centres, industrial, or high-spec commercial projects
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site safety
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (rotational or expat basis)
