Overview
In this MEP Lead role, you will own the Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection delivery for a high-value data centre project in Dusseldorf. You’ll direct design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment while coordinating with design, procurement and construction teams. You will lead a multidisciplinary MEP group, drive recovery plans, and maintain client engagement on technical matters. This position offers European project exposure, strong growth potential, and a clear impact on mission-critical infrastructure.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own MEP delivery from design through commissioning
- Lead and mentor the full MEP team
- Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Protection packages
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement & construction
- Drive weekly planning, EHS & QA meetings
- Manage subcontractors, materials & installation sequencing
- Ensure compliance with standards, procedures & specifications
- Interface with the client on MEP matters
- Track progress and implement recovery strategies; report to senior leadership

- 10+ years delivering large MEP packages on major projects
