Overview
In this role you will lead the electrical delivery of a hyper-scale data centre project in Frankfurt, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality electrical systems from design through handover. You will integrate with MEP teams across a major European programme and report to senior leadership, influencing project outcomes and technical standards. The opportunity suits a seasoned electrical PM who thrives on complex, high-stakes infrastructure and international collaboration. You will shape execution on a flagship scheme and contribute to the firm’s European expansion.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage the full electrical package on a large-scale hyper-scale data centre project
- Coordinate design development, procurement, and installation activities
- Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to specifications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client standards, and industry best practice
- Plan and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning of all electrical systems
- Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration
- Drive safety leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement on site
- Provide leadership and technical direction to the electrical engineering and site delivery teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years’ experience in large-scale electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or lead engineer role
- Proven experience delivering data centre, high-tech industrial, or mission-critical projects over 50M
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV distribution systems, generators, UPS, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure
- Understanding of EU construction standards, safety regulations, and commissioning processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
