Overview
As Electrical Supervisor for a 500m+ hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt, you will lead on-site electrical installation activities and ensure high safety and quality standards. You will coordinate on-site electrical teams, monitor progress, and support commissioning and handover. This role sits at the core of a turnkey data centre project within a growth-focused engineering contractor. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Supervise on-site electrical installation activities (HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, generators)
- Coordinate on-site electricians and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and specification targets
- Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and work permits
- Monitor progress and quality, proactively resolving issues
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and LOTO
- Support commissioning during testing, energisation, and handover
- Maintain records of work, inspections, and tests
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks to uphold safety and quality
- Liaise with project management and client representatives on progress and technical issues
- Promote safety, quality, and teamwork across electrical activities
