They are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join the project team delivering a major hyperscale data centre development in Frankfurt. Working as part of a highly experienced project delivery team, you will take responsibility for leading the civil, structural and architectural works across the project. You will work closely with the Project Director, engineering, commercial, construction and commissioning teams, as well as CSA subcontractors, consultants and client representatives, ensuring works are:Delivered safelyEfficientlyIn accordance with the project programmeTechnical requirementsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading contractor at the forefront of delivering some of Europe's largest and most technically complex data centre projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all CSA construction activities across the project.Manage CSA subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.Review civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications, technical submissions and construction information.Coordinate CSA works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams to ensure effective sequencing and interface management.Monitor progress against the project programme and identify potential delays, risks and technical issues.Lead CSA coordination and progress meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.Review method statements, risk assessments, ITPs and other technical documentation.Ensure CSA works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards and project requirements.Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and construction interfaces through to resolution.Support testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all CSA documentation is completed.RequirementsPrevious experience as a CSA Lead, CSA Manager, Construction Manager or similar within the construction industry.Strong experience leading civil, structural and architectural works on large-scale construction projects.Experience within hyperscale data centres or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methodologies and interfaces.Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality requirements and health & safety standards.Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.Relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification is desirable.PackageHighly competitive salary / Individual accommodation / Allowances / Performance-related bonus.
