Overview
In this role you support HSE on a major Data Centre build in Frankfurt, ensuring German regulatory compliance and alignment with client safety standards. You will partner with MEP teams to drive safe execution, RAMS development, inspections and incident investigations. The position focuses on fostering a proactive safety culture across a large-scale construction site. This is a high-impact role with a clear safety and compliance mandate in a critical data infrastructure project.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide dedicated HSE support for MEP activities on a large-scale Data Centre construction project, ensuring compliance with German legislation, client standards, and project HSE requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement RAMS and task-specific risk assessments for mechanical and electrical works, ensuring safe execution across all site activities.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks, identifying hazards, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining high HSE standards across the project.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, actively promoting a proactive safety culture among MEP teams and subcontractors.
- Lead the investigation of incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports, root cause analysis, and preventative measures in collaboration with site management and client teams.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- NEBOSH certified
- 5+ years’ experience on Data Centres or similar large-scale construction projects
- EU Passport or RTW in Germany
