Overview
As Mechanical Lead on a large data centre project in Frankfurt, you own the mechanical scope, driving delivery to schedule, budget, and quality. You coordinate with design teams, BIM, and subcontractors to ensure integrated, operable systems. You oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, cooling plant, and pipework. This on-site role supports a specialist data centre contractor delivering turnkey solutions across Europe.

- Own the mechanical scope for a large-scale data centre project, delivering to milestones, budget, and quality
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, cooling plant, pipework, and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with design consultants, BIM teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to manage interfaces
- Ensure compliance with German regulations, project specs, and safety requirements
- Lead and develop mechanical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site, promoting safety and quality culture
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent trades background
- 8+ years' experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (including data centres)
- EU Passport or right to work in Germany preferred
