Overview
In this role you will lead delivery of mission-critical data centre projects in Frankfurt, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to manage complex electrical and mechanical scopes. The position sits within a high-performance, safety-led environment and offers exposure to hyperscale and advanced technology projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with a long-term European project pipeline and clear impact on project outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Overall safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of multiple projects across one or more sites
- Ensure works comply with project specs, health and safety, and electrical safety rules
- Prepare and issue weekly/monthly project reports including progress and cost status
- Maintain visibility and control via project registers and reporting systems
- Manage subcontractor procurement and ensure vendors are vetted
- Ensure subcontractor work aligns with execution plans, permits, and safe systems of work
- Conduct routine site inspections for quality, progress, and scope adherence
- Develop detailed schedules and milestones aligning subcontractor valuations with progress
- Monitor subcontractor resourcing to meet programme milestones
- Manage contract budgets and report performance at meetings
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5+ years in a Project Manager role within mission-critical or complex engineering environments
- Professional Project Management qualification or relevant trade/engineering background
- Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems typical in data centres (transformers, generators, LV/MV switchgear, UPS, PDU, HVAC)
- Experience with health & safety legislation, risk assessments, and control measures
- Proven experience managing vendors and subcontractors on technically complex projects
