Overview
In this role you will support cost management and financial control on a major data centre project in Frankfurt. You will collaborate with the commercial and project teams to ensure effective cost reporting and contract administration. You will help deliver the project within budget while maintaining commercial performance. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical build with a focus on large-scale data centre delivery and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to shaping commercial outcomes and project close-out.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Assist in managing all commercial aspects of the project
- Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Manage subcontractor procurement, packages, and accounts
- Review and process subcontractor applications and valuations
- Support contract administration and change management processes
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Assist with cost value reconciliation (CVR) and reporting
- Liaise with project teams to ensure cost control is maintained
- Support preparation of final accounts and project close-out
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial procedures
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor
- Strong understanding of cost control and commercial management
- Experience on large-scale construction projects
- Good knowledge of contract forms and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
