Overview
As Senior Project Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across CSA works on a major hyperscale data centre development in Frankfurt. You will coordinate civil, structural and architectural elements with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces, resolutions and compliant construction delivery. This role places you at the heart of technical coordination, planning and handover activities within a market-leading contractor. You will shape the execution of a flagship project, leveraging your CSA expertise to drive efficient interfaces and ensure project alignment with programme and specifications.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide technical leadership and engineering support across CSA works
- Review and coordinate civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications and technical submissions
- Manage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination issues through to resolution
- Coordinate CSA works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams to ensure interfaces and sequencing
- Review subcontractor technical submissions, method statements, ITPs and construction documentation
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications and project requirements
- Support the CSA Lead and Project Manager with technical planning, progress monitoring and construction coordination
- Attend technical and coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives
- Identify design clashes, technical risks and construction issues and assist in developing solutions
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring documentation is completed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer in construction
- Strong CSA background
- Experience delivering civil, structural and architectural works on large-scale projects
- Experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments (desirable)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering docs
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of construction sequencing, technical coordination and quality requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
