Overview
In this role you will lead MEP-focused BIM coordination for a data centre project in Frankfurt, ensuring clash-free integration and alignment with main contractor BIM protocols. You will manage model governance, run coordination workshops, and translate BIM data into construction-ready information for onsite delivery. You will represent the client in BIM discussions, providing clear progress updates and data-driven insights. This is an engineering-focused opportunity to shape digital delivery on a high-profile data centre build.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead MEP-focused BIM coordination to ensure clash-free multi-discipline integration
- Oversee BIM deliverables, updates, version control and quality checks across subcontractors
- Facilitate regular BIM and MEP coordination meetings with design teams, subcontractors and site team
- Translate BIM model data into construction-ready information including 4D sequencing and federated views
- Interface with client and project stakeholders, providing technical clarity and progress updates
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience on data centres or similar large-scale construction projects
- EU passport or right to work in Germany (RTW)
