Overview
As BIM Team Lead, you will drive multidisciplinary BIM coordination and ensure clash-free, standards-aligned models for large-scale data centre projects. You will lead the BIM/MEP delivery, mentor the team, and coordinate with project stakeholders to keep design and construction aligned. The role focuses on digital construction workflows, tool adoption, and continuous improvement to enhance model accuracy and project delivery. This is an on-site Frankfurt position with a clear impact on project outcomes and efficiency.

- Lead Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination across design and construction
- Manage BIM Delivery & Model Quality, enforce BIM Execution Plans and LOD validation
- Provide technical guidance to the BIM/MEP team and resolve complex issues
- Interface with project managers, discipline leads, subcontractors and design partners
- Support Digital Construction and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency and delivery
