Overview
In this role, you will lead the commercial management of a flagship data centre development for an international main contractor. You’ll drive profitability, manage procurement and contracts, and ensure compliance while coordinating with project leadership and design teams. The position offers a structured rotation, strong leadership exposure, and a route to long-term international opportunities. You will contribute to strategic decisions through regular reporting and risk mitigation, shaping a high-value, mission-critical project.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Leading the on-site commercial team and managing all cost and contract functions
- Developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets, cashflow, and forecasts
- Overseeing procurement, tendering, and subcontractor negotiations
- Managing contracts, variations, claims, and risk mitigation strategies
- Liaising with project leadership, clients, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, and company procedures
- Providing regular commercial reports to senior management and contributing to strategic decision-making
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related commercial discipline
- 8–10+ years of experience with a main contractor
- Proven track record in leading commercial functions on large-scale projects (ideally data centres)
- Strong contractual and financial management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work on rotation in Frankfurt (e.g., 10/4)
- EU passport or ability to work in EU without restrictions (advantageous)
