Overview
As Construction Director / Country Manager you will lead upgrades and refurbishments of live data centres across Germany, aligning delivery with the expanding European portfolio. Based near Frankfurt with remote/hybrid options, you’ll build and steer project teams across multiple sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in occupied environments. You’ll shape multi-site programmes, manage risks, and maintain client satisfaction while working within a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and lead project teams across live data centre upgrade schemes
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects in occupied environments

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive Project Management experience in technical/construction environments
- Proven track record delivering projects in a live data centre environment
- Experience managing budgets and schedules across multiple projects
- Ability to manage risks and drive issue resolution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Past engineering/trade qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in the data centre sector
- Good working knowledge of German language and EU work rights
