Overview
As an Electrical Engineer on a major Frankfurt project, you will drive electrical package delivery from design through handover. You will work within a cross-functional team delivering complex data centre and high-tech infrastructures across Europe. You will tackle on-site coordination, BIM/QC workflows, and safety and quality assurance to keep the project on track. Your contribution will shape installation quality, schedule performance, and project close-out for a high-impact, high-value endeavour. This role offers exposure to European-scale facilities, with on-site rotation, travel, and a dedicated living allowance that supports your focus on delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage on-site electrical systems and packages
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review IFC drawings, manage BIM coordination, RFIs, and technical submittals
- Oversee site safety, QA/QC, and compliance
- Support project scheduling, procurement, and material tracking (EMR)
- Manage subcontractor performance, progress, and reporting
- Oversee installation, snagging, and project close-out
- Produce weekly progress, cost, and risk reports
- Support tendering and technical assessment of subcontractors
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years’ experience with an M&E contractor
- Strong experience in electrical systems delivery
- Experience with BIM, QA/QC, and project planning tools (Primavera)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload and work within a team
