Overview
In this senior role, you will lead the electrical scope for a major data centre project in Frankfurt, ensuring delivery from design to handover. You will collaborate with CSA, mechanical, and commissioning teams to meet programme, quality, and safety targets. You’ll manage electrical packages, subcontractors, and technical interfaces while supporting procurement and client handover. This is a high-impact leadership position with exposure to blue‑chip clients and international projects. You will shape delivery on a flagship data centre development.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Leading the delivery of all electrical systems on the project
- Managing electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Overseeing electrical design development and technical compliance
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
- Coordinating closely with CSA, mechanical, and commissioning teams
- Managing interfaces, technical queries, and design change
- Supporting procurement and commercial teams with technical input
- Driving progress, resolving issues, and reporting to senior project leadership
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and client handover activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive experience delivering electrical packages on large-scale projects
- Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, pharma, or highly serviced environments
- Proven leadership experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
- Strong understanding of health & safety and quality management systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (rotational or expat basis)
