Overview
In this role you drive commercial delivery for a major new-build hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt, supporting cost control, contract administration, and procurement. You will manage subcontractor relations, monitor variations and cash flow to help achieve project targets. You collaborate with design, engineering and site delivery teams to maximise value and ensure accurate financial reporting. The position is with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering high-value data centre projects across Europe, offering meaningful career growth in Germany.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Review contract documents to understand scope and obligations
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier tender packages
- Draft and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Monitor progress and manage change control, including variations
- Prepare and negotiate interim payment applications with clients
- Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure contractual compliance
- Assist in monthly cost reports and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, budgets and overall financial performance
- Support procurement, value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement and site delivery teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline—or equivalent industry experience
- 3–6 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role on large-scale new build construction projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
- Experience across CSA and/or MEP disciplines
- Confident communicator with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or similar systems advantageous
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
- Must be currently based in Germany or have the right to work there
