Overview
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will drive commercial delivery on a major Frankfurt project, ensuring cost control and robust subcontractor management. You’ll work with client, contractors and internal teams to safeguard financial performance and timely cash flow. The role combines contract administration with proactive risk and claims management in a high-tech, data-centre environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape commercial outcomes on a flagship European project.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Review and manage contract documentation
- Prepare and issue subcontractor enquiries and contracts
- Manage variations, valuations, and monthly applications
- Oversee subcontractor accounts through to final account
- Issue contractual notices and assess claims
- Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts
- Manage project cash flow and financial performance
- Liaise with client, contractors, and internal teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree qualified or relevant QS/commercial experience
- 5+ years’ experience in QS or commercially focused roles
- Strong knowledge of subcontract management
- Experience across CSA and/or MEP packages
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel skills (SAP beneficial)
