Job ObjectiveEnsure the smooth operation of the work environment and provide versatile support to the various departments within the firm.Main Responsibilities- Reception management and visitor handling.- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.- Supervise various email inboxes.- Logistics and supply management.- Ensure maintenance and management of equipment (telephones, printers, water coolers).- Perform weekly errands.- Maintain liaison with property management and suppliers.- Event support.- Organize and coordinate events.- Versatile support.- Provide support to legal assistants and paralegals.- Provide support to the Accounting department for expense reports, as well as for scanning and filing invoices.- Assist various teams with connections to Teams, Webex, and Zoom.- Provide support to the IT department for ordering equipment and managing the hardware inventory.- Support the HR department for onboarding and offboarding processes, vacation tracking, and work permit applications for new hires.- Library.- Scan works and perform PDF cleanup.- Register and update works in the Arbitral collection.- Archiving.- Ensure the archiving of physical and digital documents. jidff503eeaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
