We don't just value diversity; we need it to solve the problems we’re tackling. /li /ul pbWhat You'll Do /b /p pThe Role: Advanced Engineering With Exciting Technology /p pAs a Senior Software Engineer (IC3) in Oracle's Database Technologies Division, you will work at the intersection of database internals, virtualization, and compiler technology. /p pYour work will leverage GraalOS (our state-of-the-art in-process virtualization) to create a high-performance runtime for functions, microservices, and AI-driven logic. /p ul liDesign Build: Develop major features for the Oracle Database that enable deep integration of application logic and data management. /li liInnovate: Transition research-level concepts in virtualization and systems programming into production-grade cloud services. /li liOptimize: Solve "impossible" performance bottlenecks at the low-level intersection of the OS, the hardware, and the database kernel. /li liImpact: Your code will run on the enterprise systems that power the world’s largest banks, hospitals, and governments. /li /ul pbWhat You'll Bring /b /p pWe are looking for "systems people" - engineers who aren't afraid to dive into the kernel, look at assembly, or debug a complex race condition in a distributed system. /p pThe Experience: You have a solid background as a Software Engineer (mid to senior level).
