Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead on Core Banking System (CBS) related topics including oversight of reconciliations, year-end roll over of sub-ledger (P&L into PY reserves) and regression testing
- Lead on required Finance changes due to new products or identified issues in CBS
- Main contact point to business and BI team regarding source system reconciliation and substantiation
- Support data mapping of customer transactions to source system balances
- Support Senior Manager accounting and provide oversight and assurance to ensure CBS activities for finance are effectively covered within the team
- Fulfils a strong financial control culture and that documented processes, systems and service levels incl. user access management and systems
- Responsible of Finance related issues/complaints in relation to G/L for internal customers, incl. root cause analysis and improvement of processes
- Responsible for accounting related activities for Lloyds Bank GmbH according to Group Minimum Standards (GMS) for several entities in the context of monthly, quarterly and year end closings
- Ensures balance sheet reconciliations and attestations within the local business and Group wide incl. proactive monthly clearance of open items
Ihr Wissen/Erfahrung:
- Business degree with focus on IFRS/HGB accounting
- Several years of experience in accounting and/or financial systems
- Very Good accounting skills in an IFRS/HGB environment (banking experience preferred)
- Very Good analytical skills
- Very Good skills in Excel, accounting software-ideally Oracle/SAP and Core Banking systems e.g.Core24 by FIS
- Proactive, enthusiastic & motivated team player
- Ability to consistently produce accurate work within tight timescales
- Very Good verbal and written communications skills in German and English
