Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects within the Bank, from initiation to closure.
  • Manage project budgets and resources and ensure work is completed within defined budget, time and quality constraints and in accordance with established processes, appropriate service standards, practices and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies (both agile and waterfall), and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs and status reports.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project team members and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the Bank to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.

Ihr Wissen/Erfahrung:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Project Management Lifecycle experience - preferably in a Banking environment and/or in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience in different project environments, driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall.
  • Thorough understanding of an IT implementation lifecycle, including: requirements, development, SIT, UAT.
  • Project Management certification is a plus - LBG Bronze + CAT rating, IPMA level C or above equivalent; PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile.
  • Very good MS office (incl. MS Project) and Jira/Confluence skills.
  • Excellent English skills, German a plus.
