To strengthen our after-sales service department, we are looking for a:After-Sales Service Technician - Swiss MarketYOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES:You are responsible for the installation of our product ranges and are also required to ensure their maintenance and troubleshooting at our customers' sites, mainly for the Swiss market. As an expert in your field, you ensure the transfer of know-how and technical knowledge to customers. In the field daily, you are the brand ambassador and the main player in continuous improvement by finding technical solutions. In constant contact with our clientele, you represent our company through your quality interventions.YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:- Holder of a diploma in the technical field (automotive or industrial mechanics)- French or German language, with good knowledge of the other language.
