Spare Parts Coordinator 80-100%
YOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES: You will have the opportunity to apply your technical and commercial skills to provide our customers with quality service by assisting them in identifying and defining their needs for spare parts for machine tool peripherals. Thanks to your expertise, you will play a key role within the department. Enter commercial offers, issue and follow up order confirmations Analyse customer requests to identify the necessary spare parts, using plans, bills of materials, technical diagrams and existing documentation Provide technical recommendations adapted to the intervention context or the customer’s machine situation Collaborate with internal technical teams, whether after-sales service, production or R&D, to verify or validate certain complex needs Monitor delivery times and coordinate with logistics for the shipment of spare parts Organise shipments within Switzerland and internationally YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS: Similar professional experience in the machine tool or industrial sector is necessary to assume this role Native German or French speaker, with good oral knowledge of the other language as well as English. Regular exchanges in these three languages will be part of your daily routine Holder of a technical or commercial CFC, ideally with knowledge of machine tools and their operation You stand out by your ability to work under deadline pressure and resourcefulness is your best asset Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role, where you will regularly interact with various internal and external contacts You are comfortable performing commercial and administrative tasks You master the MS Office suite and have knowledge of using an ERP system Customer- and solution-oriented, you are proactive and organised in your work WHY JOIN US?
