YOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES
As a Technical Sales Projects Leader, you will play a crucial part in the new client / existing client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our products and services. You will have the responsibility of overseeing projects to ensure that the proposed plan aligns with established timelines, budget constraints and scope requirements.
This position covers the following topics :
- Preparation, follow-up and acceptance of one or more projects in the company
- Determining the time required and planning the necessary resources for a project
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, customer needs, and share these insights with your team
- Work with various internal teams to create and deliver technical training for our internal technical teams and channel partners, boosting their skills
- Meet with clients to learn and understand their needs and explain our products and services
- Coordinate with sales staff to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients
- Technical support in the implementation of solutions / products which are in our product portfolio
- Provide input on product development to product management, based on customer feedback and market analysis
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Project Leader, or a similar role in the Sales department
- Technical knowledge forms the basis to understand our offerings, competitor products, and customer needs
- French and English, any other language is an asset
- Capacity to build strong relations with key customers and effectively manage multiple customers accounts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences
- Problem-solving skills are very important
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
