ABOUT GRADUATE PROGRAM
This exclusive 24-month program is created for smart, hands-on out-of-the box thinkers that are looking for an innovative environment to have a sustainable impact on the organisation and all its internal and external stakeholders. Working hand-in-hand with the management and the entire LocalBini team, the selected Candidate gets a full overview on how to run a startup-company, on its operations, challenges and opportunities. The selected Candidate will be fully integrated into the organisation working in everyday operations. At the same time, the selected Candidate will support existing and launch own projects, and consult the management and the other teams on how to improve processes to gain efficiency.

DETAILED PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The Graduate Program is divided into two phases. Phase 1 is the core phase where you will get a glimpse into all business operations and activities. Once you get the hang of operations, you will start Phase 2. Phase 2 is advanced and you will be taking responsibility and coordinating and steering your own projects across divisions at LocalBini. For this you will be sent on a mission to one of our offices abroad for a period of 6 months. Below a more detailed overview about the scope that you will be entrusted with.
COMPANY CULTURE
- Fully comprehend LocalBini’s standing as a brand.
- Understand key areas of development for LocalBini and our overarching mission.
- Be aware of LocalBini’s USPs + scope of services, as well as future features/services.
ADMINISTRATION
- Assist in the planning and coordination of new city launches.
- Assist the management on various topics.
- Assist in organizing events, and on occasion participating in networking.
OPERATIONS
- Actively support the operations team to convert any platform user into a satisfied user.
- Handle bookings.
- Create and edit content.
- Analyse key process flows and make suggestions for optimization.
- Work with technological partners on how to improve the user-experience.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
- Scout potential new Locals (supply-side) and come up with new tactics to efficiently generate leads.
- Create communication content (from concept, editing, execution and tracking).
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Finding new organisations to partner up with.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Assisting the sales team in e.g. preparing Client presentations or finding new leads.
BUSINESS INNOVATION
- Drive business innovation within our organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Master Degree.
- Active mindset and flexible, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to understand complex interrelationships.
- Being able to execute (“just-do-it”).
- Fluent in English, and German, and French OR Spanish. A fourth language is a plus.
WE OFFER
- An excellent graduate program providing deep insights into the entire organisation as well as a helicopter perspective of running a technology company.
- Work in a small, dynamic and agile team.
- A full-time job at LocalBini after successful completion of the Graduate Program.
- Graduate program salary (CHF 2.5k/month in first year and CHF 3.5k/month in second year) to cover full living expenses in St. Gallen.
This 24-month program starts in St. Gallen, Switzerland, for a period of 18 months. This is followed by a mission abroad for 6 months. At the end of the program, the Candidate will join a full-time job at the desired office location.
