Upon agreement, we are looking for a
Growth Marketing Specialist (part-time)
This role is a match for a person who wants to own something rare: the full B2C launch of a platform that already works, and now needs to be discovered. LocalBini has strong technology, a curated supply of verified Local Hosts across 200+ European cities, and an established B2B2C business. What we don't yet have is a direct-to-consumer growth engine. That's what you'll build together.
Your Responsibilities
Own the full B2C go-to-market implementation.
Build a scalable SEO and content engine; leveraging LLMs and AI workflows to produce high-quality, multilingual content at speed across 200+ city markets.
Set up and run paid acquisition (Google, Meta) while knowing when to scale and when to hold.
Define and own a B2C bookings target from Month 12 onwards.
Implement tracking, attribution and reporting so every channel decision is data-driven.
Work very closely with the CEO.
Your Qualifications
At least six six (6) years of growth or marketing experience, with a significant chapter in a travel, experience, or two-sided marketplace environment.
Proven track record of building an SEO content engine from scratch (not just overseeing one).
Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM tools embedded in your daily workflow: content production, keyword research, competitive analysis, copy testing. This is non‑negotiable.
Commercially minded: you've owned a revenue or bookings number, not just traffic metrics.
Comfortable running paid campaigns independently and briefing freelancers with precision.
Strong instinct for distribution → you see partnership and referral opportunities others miss.
Experience hiring and directing small teams (in +12 months, you could get one or two team members).
Fluent in English. German, French, Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.

The position can be in the office in St. Gallen or remote, however meetings will take place once per month onsite in St. Gallen. Currently, the role is compensated 100% in stocks (no cash payout; instead full upside potential). Depending on your current situation, it can be on a part time basis (as an extra activity) or full time.
