In this role you will coordinate global traffic and creative operations across Headquarters and six international Creative Hubs, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery. You’ll shape smarter workflows through processes, automation, and AI-enabled tools to support impactful brand experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to balance demand with capacity and improve efficiency while maintaining quality. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage brief intake and project prioritization across disciplines
- Own the HQ creative pipeline with status tracking, timelines, risks, and delivery
- Design and optimize operating systems including intake forms, routing, approvals, automation, dashboards
- Lead automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives with IT and partners
- Improve time-to-market by reducing bottlenecks and simplifying recurring workflows
- Facilitate traffic rituals and stakeholder alignment with minimal friction
- Maintain capacity and resource visibility, flag bottlenecks, anticipate surge needs
- Coordinate across six Creative Hubs to align priorities and standards
- Drive tool adoption and change management, training users
- Track operational performance with KPIs like content volume, budget, time to market, efficiency gains
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven experience in traffic management, creative operations, or project management in international environments
- Strong understanding of creative production, retail design, visual merchandising, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Fluent English and French; additional languages a plus
- Experience with project-management, DAM, collaboration, automation, reporting, or workflow platforms
- Interest or practical experience in automation, AI-enabled productivity, and data-driven workflow optimization
