Locke44 are proud to be working with a leading international software business to appoint a Key Account Manager DACH to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
This is an opportunity for an experienced account management professional to take ownership of 10–15 established enterprise accounts, building senior-level relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing customers and driving long-term commercial growth.
The Role
- Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building relationships that drive customer retention, expansion and recurring revenue growth.
- Identify and manage upsell, cross-sell and wider solution opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with relevant software solutions and measurable business value.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders across complex enterprise organisations.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to strengthen customer relationships, identify risks and maximise account potential.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts, using Salesforce to manage customer and opportunity data.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management.
- Proven success growing existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals and broader solution adoption.
- Experience with IWMS, ERP or complex SaaS solutions. Backgrounds in CAFM, facilities management software or the facility management service provider sector are also relevant.
- Strong strategic account planning and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- A commercial mindset, strong forecasting discipline and the ability to take ownership of the full account growth cycle.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers, typically 2–3 days per week, primarily across Germany, with occasional travel to Austria and Switzerland.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established international software business with a strong enterprise customer base, giving you the opportunity to build on existing relationships rather than focus solely on new business acquisition.
The role offers a flexible approach to office presence, significant ownership of your customer portfolio and the chance to make a tangible impact on long-term account growth.
Experience with facilities management software or relevant market competitors is advantageous, as is an interest in using AI tools to improve sales productivity.
