Your Role
You will work directly alongside our Lead Solution Architect and be involved in real projects from day one. No shadowing phase, no coffee-room sidelines — you will actively contribute and shape solutions. You are our extended architectural arm: you make sure that what we design is actually built as intended. You maintain quality and security standards, coordinate our global development team, and are the first point of contact when technical decisions intersect with business processes.
What You Can Expect
Architecture & Quality Assurance
- Support the continued development of the CoreAI platform architecture — Domain-Driven Design, Multi-Tenancy, API-First
- Review Pull Requests for architectural compliance, security, and quality — according to our CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md guidelines
- Identify deviations from the architectural concept at an early stage and escalation them appropriately
- Maintain and extend the Design System, OpenAPI specifications, and domain documentation
- Ensure that tenant isolation, RBAC, and data protection requirements are consistently maintained
Team & Development Coordination
- Coordinate our development team in India as well as external freelancers — task assignment, sprint tracking, and code review processes
- Translate architectural decisions into clear technical tasks (GitHub Issues) with complete board fields
- Lead agile sprints according to our 2-week sprint cycle and keep track of milestones
- Identify blockers early and resolve them — or escalates them to the appropriate person
- Act as the primary point of contact for the India team regarding technical and process-related questions
Product Management & Platform
- Support the maintenance and further development of product specifications — feature specifications, capability guides, and domain models
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into structured Epics, Features, and Tasks
- Keep the backlog clean — prioritization, milestones, and stale-issue management
- Support the introduction of new modules — from specification through to go-live
- Think in products, not tickets
Customer Projects & Process Analysis
- Support customer projects as a technical frontrunner — process analysis, gap analysis, and solution identification
- Document existing customer systems and processes and translate them into our data model
- Conduct workshops and working sessions with customers — structured, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing
- Create ETL concepts for data migrations from legacy systems
- Identify optimization opportunities for customers and turn them into product features
What You Bring Must-Have
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or comparable training
- 2–4 years of experience in software development or system architecture — ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, multi-tenancy concepts, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as GitHub Projects, Jira, or Linear
- Structured and precise communication skills — both written and verbal, in German and English
- Ability to work independently: you don't wait for instructions — you identify what needs to be done
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, React, or Prisma
- Experience with Azure, GitHub Actions, or Kubernetes
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, or eventSourcing
- Experience using AI tools in production — not just ChatGPT
- Knowledge of security services, hospitality, logistics, retail, or event management
- Experience working with international development teams
