- Lead complex database and integration projects, including data modeling and migration strategies
- Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient microservices and APIs

Dein Profil
- 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands‑on experience with coding agents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
