A medium-sized global freight forwarder is looking for an Air Export Specialist to join its Frankfurt team. This is a chance to become part of a dynamic business that is expanding internationally, where you can take responsibility, contribute ideas and grow alongside the company.

The Role
- Take ownership of air export shipments from booking through to delivery.
- Coordinate airline bookings, collections and overseas partners.
- Prepare MAWBs, HAWBs and export documents, arranging customs clearance.
- Keep customers informed and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
- Manage quotations, shipment costing and invoicing.
The Profile
- Air export operations experience within freight forwarding.
- Good understanding of customs, export documentation and airline bookings.
- A proactive approach and confidence managing shipments independently.
- Strong customer communication skills, with good German and English.
- Dangerous goods knowledge would be an advantage.
