In addition, this role will manage the income tax provision process for Swiss legal entities. This role focuses on direct corporate taxation. /p pThis is a temporary role to cover a planned leave, for an expected period of eight-nine months. /p pExpected contract duration: November 2026 – July 2027 /p h3Your Contribution /h3 pBe Yourself. In this role you will: /p ul lipPrepare and manage Swiss income direct tax, capital tax and withholding tax compliance. /p /li lipPrepare income tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 and provide input for tax disclosures in the statutory financial statements with respect to the Swiss entities. /p /li lipSupport the strategic tax planning (including strategies to manage impact related to Pillar2); and identify and mitigate direct tax exposure in Switzerland. /p /li lipLead tax related projects through effective collaboration with finance teams and other departments across multiple sites. Support migration to a modern ERP environment (e.g., Oracle Cloud). /p /li lipAdvise on audits and inspections, provide information as requested by tax authorities and recommendations for resolution of controversies. /p /li lipAssist in the due diligence and tax planning related to mergers acquisitions and business operations as needed. /p /li lipIdentify and implement process improvement/automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax processes. /p /li lipEnsure timely completion of various tax filings in Switzerland, either directly or in consultation with external service providers. /p /li lipManage income tax and other tax payments (e.g., transfer taxes, duties) for the legal entities in Switzerland. /p /li lipWork with a network of internal business partners (accounting, FPA, commercial teams, and the global tax group) and external consultants and service providers /p /li lipTrack changes to tax laws, recommend and implement projects to respond to new laws and business initiatives, provide tax advice to the business relating to new and existing transactions. /p /li lipSupport efforts to claim incremental “Qualified Tax Incentives” as guidance becomes available in the Canton. /p /li /ul h3Key Qualifications /h3 pFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: /p ul lipA minimum of 7+ years corporate tax experience. Experience as an in-house tax manager in the regional tax department of a multinational group is a plus. Big4 experience preferred. /p /li lipExperience with tax compliance activities for Swiss multinational companies.. /p /li lipSolid understanding of Swiss income tax, capital tax and withholding tax. /p /li lipExperience with quarterly income tax accounting, reporting and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP is a plus /p /li lipBA/BS in Business/Accounting or equivalent; Master's Degree in Taxation preferred /p /li lipA self-starter with strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax principles /p /li lipStrong analytical and organizational skills /p /li lipExcellent interpersonal skills /p /li lipExcellent written and verbal communication skills /p /li lipAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment /p /li lipDetail-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines /p /li lipAdditional European languages (especially French) are a plus /p /li lipProficiency with Oracle, OneStream (or similar programs), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Alteryx a plus /p /li /ul pAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
