Overview
As Principal PWS Ecosystem & Platforms Program Manager, you will align hardware, software, design and partnerships to create a seamless PWS ecosystem. You’ll bridge product strategy with fast R&D execution across three BUs, steering cross-functional governance and multi-team coordination. You drive innovation roadmaps, manage complex programs within budget and schedule, and uphold security and sustainability goals. This role places you at the forefront of shaping a unified user experience across Logitech’s Personal Work Solutions portfolio.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Orchestrate the 3-year innovation roadmap and off-site planning with PWS leadership
- Own and optimize cross-BU R&D alignment forums and connect three Heads of Product, HW Eng, and SW Eng
- Coordinate across functions (Design, UX, SW, HW, partnerships) to deliver integrated experiences
- Lead strategic partnerships and influence with platform partners and technology suppliers
- Drive complex, high-impact initiatives that cut across silos (e.g., unified software/hardware experiences)
- Ensure new/existing products form a cohesive hardware-software ecosystem
- Mange program scope to meet budget, schedule, and GTM requirements while considering security/sustainability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in hands-on R&D program management, technical PM, or engineering leadership in consumer electronics or complex hardware/software environments
- Experience delivering hardware and software to mass production and launch
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel globally
- Experience leading multi-threaded programs with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to influence without formal authority and manage cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and design
