Logmind is a dynamic and innovative startup based in Lausanne, Switzerland, specializing in cloud-based AIOps solutions. Our platform automatically detects issues within an organization’s application and infrastructure logs and alert data, enabling IT teams in large enterprises to proactively identify and resolve technical problems in complex IT environments.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and collaborative team member with hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and software engineering.
- MSc or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related fields.
- Expertise in modern programming languages and analytics tools such as Python, Scala, Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, etc.
- Expertise in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, decision trees, neural nets, support vector machines, anomaly detection, sequential pattern discovery, and text mining.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, or similar models).
- Motivated and passionate about large-scale machine learning problems, with the ability to think big and execute effectively.
- Good communication skills – ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant IT industry experience would be a plus.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and develop advanced algorithms for processing time-series text and metric data.
- Implement, test, and optimize proposed algorithms for large-scale environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability with real-time data streams.
- Closely collaborate with the software engineering team to integrate proposed methods into the core platform.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, improve detection accuracy and refine model performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, deep learning, and observability to drive continuous innovation.
