Overview In this role you drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Operations to deliver the 2030 transformation. You translate strategy into measurable outcomes, coordinating programs across Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions. You will enable data-driven, scalable improvements through governance, reporting and executive alignment. You’ll shape operating model changes, digitalisation, automation and AI adoption, contributing to a more efficient, future-ready bank.
